A stream in the Stewartry, Dumfries and Galloway, Glengap Burn has its source in Loch Whinyeon. Extending to 3 miles (5 km), it flows east through the Glengap Forest, southeast to the settlement of Glengap and then northeast to fall into Loch Mannoch.
