A tiny lochan in SW Dumfries and Galloway, Kilhern Loch lies to the north of Craig Nab, 2 miles (3 km) east of New Luce. Extending to only 0.5 ha (1.2 acres), it is the source of a tributary of the Dranigower Burn.
