Glen Eagles

A steep little valley which forms an arm of Strathallan in Perth and Kinross, Glen Eagles lies 2 miles (3 km) south southwest of Auchterarder. It extends south southeast for 2½ miles / 4 km before falling into Glen Devon above Glenhead Farm. The A823 road passes through the valley, connecting the A9 Trunk Road to the A91. Gleneagles Castle and Gleneagles House lie at the entrance to the valley, while Gleneagles Old Toll House lies a mile (1.8 km) further up.
