Bay of Tresness

A small bay on the southeast coast of the island of Sanday in Orkney, the Bay of Tresness lies between the headland of Tres Ness to the southeast and Sty Wick to the west, from which it is separated by Lang Taing. The bay is occupied by rocks and sand, which gives way to the extensive Cata Sand to the north.
