Mill Loch

A small loch located to the west of Brindister Voe in the West Mainland of Shetland, Mill Loch lies between Unifirth and Brindister. It draws water from Round Loch and Rotten Loch, and there is evidence of two small mills on the stream which drains Mill Loch into Brindister Voe. A mill here may have remained in use until the middle of the 19th C.
