A little oval loch in the centre of the Walls Peninsula in Shetland, Sand Water is located a quarter-mile (0.5 km) north of the Hulma Water and 2 miles (3 km) west of Twatt. There are three tiny islets at its western end, from which it drains into the Hulma Water.
