Asgog Bay

An inlet on the southwest coast of the Cowal peninsula in Argyll and Bute, Asgog Bay is located 1½ miles (2.5 km) southeast of Portavadie. Several Bronze-Age burial cairns are recorded on the foreshore. A food vessel was removed during an investigation in 1927 and deposited with Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum.
