A sealoch of the Lorn district of Argyll and Bute, Loch Feochan stretches 4 miles (6 km) from Barrnacarry Bay in the east to 1 mile (1.5 km) east of the settlement of Dunach. Oban lies 4 miles (6 km) to the north. The loch receives the River Nell from the east and the River Euchar which empties into the loch at Kilninver.
