A bay on the east coast of the island of Yell in the Shetland Islands, Otters Wick opens out towards the southern end of the Colgrave Sound. The settlement of Otterswick lies at its head and to the west the Ward of Otterswick, Yell's highest peak, rises to 205m (673 feet).
