East Loch Roag is a large sea loch located on the west coast of the island of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides. The island of Great Bernera separates East Loch Roag from West Loch Roag. Situated within the loch are a number of islands, the larger being Little Bernera, Vacasay Island and Keava. East Loch Roag is the only harbor on the west coast of the Outer Hebrides that is easily accessible by large vessels during approaching storms.
