Barr Hill

A little summit at the southern extremity of the Isle of Bute, Barr Hill rises to 62m (203 feet) a quarter-mile (0.5 km) south of St Blane's Hill and a similar distance northwest of Garroch Head. The hill has a complex geology, comprising a sill of Palaeogene age injected between Carboniferous lava flows.
