Beinn Bhreac

A peak overlooking the remote east coast of Islay in the Inner Hebrides, Beinn Bhreac rises to 249m / 816 feet on the northern shoulder of Sgorr nam Faoileann, 4¾ miles (7.6 km) south of Port Askaig. A small lochan lies immediately to the west of the summit, which is unnamed on Ordnance Survey maps. There are several other hills with the same name nearby; 5½ miles (9 km) to the south southwest, 7½ miles (12 km) to the northwest and 9½ miles (15 km) to the south southwest.
