Carraig Mhor is a little point on the east coast of the island of Islay in the Inner Hebrides, located a mile (1.5 km) north of Ardtalla. It is one of a series little headlands on the larger protuberance which is centred on Maol Ardtalla. There are two other headlands with the same name on the east coast of Islay; 3 miles (5 km) to the south and 8 miles (13 km) to the north northwest.
