Alness Point

A stumpy headland which extends south into the Cromarty Firth in Easter Ross, Alness Point lies a mile (1.5 km) south of Alness. The Alness River enters the estuary here and the Dalmore Distillery lies a half-mile (1 km) to the northeast.
