A modest hill overlooking the head of Loch Gruinart on the island of Islay in the Inner Hebrides, Maol na Coille reaches a height of 101m (331 feet), although an Ordnance Survey triangulation pillar sits on a lesser summit of 99m (324 feet) situated 250m (820 feet) to the northwest.
