A hummock at the southern end of The Machars peninsula in SW Dumfries and Galloway, the grandly named Howe Hill of Haggagmalag barely reaches 55m (180 feet) immediately to the northeast of Cutcloy and a mile (1.7 km) north of Burrow Head. Its prominence is only around 10m (32 feet).
