One of the Campsie Fells in the extreme N of East Dunbartonshire, Hog Hill rises to 498m (1633 feet) a mile (1.4 km) west of Hart Hill and 2½ miles (4 km) northeast of Strathblane. A subsidiary summit reaches approximately 290m (951 feet) to the south and the western slopes of the hill fall steeply into Fin Glen.
