Carn Dearg is a mountain in the centre of the Applecross Forest (Highland Council Area), which is characterised by its northeasterly ridge and steep easterly slopes that fall into Coire Attadale. Its summit reaches 673m (2208 feet) and is located 1¼ miles (2 km) west of Beinn Bhan and 4½ miles (7 km) east of Applecross.
