A strip of natural woodland in the SW of Highland Council Area, Doire Daraich (meaning 'oak grove' in Gaelic) extends for 2 miles (3 km) along the southeastern coast of the Morvern peninsula, 5½ miles (9 km) east southeast of Lochaline.
