Burns' House, Dumfries

Located in the town of Dumfries, Dumfries and Galloway, Burns House was where the poet Robert Burns spent the last years of his life. Retaining much of its 18th Century character and relics from the period, the house is now a museum with items including the chair in which he wrote many of his later works. The house was A-listed in 1961.
