A broad moorland plateau lying 1¼ miles (2 km) east southeast of Wemyss Bay in Inverclyde, Blood Moss rises to 214m (702 feet) at an Ordnance Survey triangulation pillar in the west. A summit named White Hill lies to the southeast, while further modest summits to the north are known as the Studdel Hills.
