A range of hills in Stirling Council Area, the steep north-facing slopes of the Gargunnock Hills look out over the valley of the River Forth. The Fintry Hills and Touch Hills form outliers to west and east. Carleatheran, rising to 485m (1592 feet), is the highest point in the Gargunnock Hills
