Reaching a height of 291m (954 feet), Beinn nam Bad Mor is located between Loch Scye and Loch Caluim to the south of Dounreay in the Caithness district of Highland Council Area. Its summit is marked by an Ordnance Survey primary triangulation pillar installed 1948-49.
