Hill of Beath

A prominent hill located a mile (1.4 km) west of a settlement of the same name, Hill of Beath lies a similar distance east of Kingseat and 4 miles (6 km) northeast of Dunfermline. The M90 Motorway cuts across its northwestern slopes. The hill has been shaped by the action of ice, to form a distinctive tail to the east northeast.
