A complex summit overlooking Bressay Sound in the E of the Mainland of Shetland, North Staney Hill (also North Stany Hill) rises to 83m (273 feet) at the Ward of Lerwick, a half-mile (0.8 km) west of Garthspool and a mile (1.5 km) west northwest of the centre of Lerwick.
