Royl Dale

The little valley within the Clift Hills in the South Mainland of Shetland, Royl Dale descends from Royl Field to the Clift Sound, overlooking the southern termination of Houss Ness, 2½ miles (4 km) west southwest of Cunningsburgh. The valley is barely a half-mile (0.8 km) in length and contains the Burn of Royldale.
