A location with ancient standing stones in Dumfries and Galloway, the Laggangairn (also Laggangarn) stones form a prominent marker on the Southern Upland Way, 5 miles (8 km) northeast of New Luce. Dating from the 2nd millennium BC, the stones have been incised with crosses sometime during the 7th-9th Century AD.
