Windy Standard

A summit in the Galloway Hills, Dumfries and Galloway, Windy Standard rises to 698m (2290 feet) to the northeast of Cairnsmore of Carsphairn, close to the border with East Ayrshire. It is classified as a Graham. The hill is capped by one of the largest wind farms in Europe. Confusingly there is another hill called Windy Standard just 6 miles (10 km) to the west in East Ayrshire.
