A small inhabited island in the North Ford between North Uist and Benbecula in the Outer Hebrides, Eilean Leathann lies immediately to the west of Gairbh-eilean from which it is accessed by a narrow road running over a short causeway. Extending to 6.5 ha (16 acres), the island has but a single house.
