Cross Hill

A summit in the centre of East Lothian, Cross Hill rises to approximately 177m (580 feet) a mile (1.4 km) east of Gifford. It is crowned by an earthwork which represents the remains of an ancient settlement, while the base of a Mediaeval cross lies at the roadside immediately to the north.
