A low-lying rocky hill on the southeast coast of Tiree in the Inner Hebrides, Beinn Ghott rises to 37m (121 feet) a quarter-mile (0.5 km) southwest of Gott and a half-mile (1 km) northwest of Scarinish. A short-lived ROTOR radar station, known as RAF Scarinish, was built on its summit in 1953, with an associated military camp lying on its western slopes.
