An isolated but important road junction between the A837 and A835 in the North West Highlands, the Ledmore Junction lies 10½ miles (17 km) southeast of Lochinver. The A837 which extends southeast through Glen Oykel is single-track, while its northern section (to Inchnadamph) and the A835 (which extends south to Ullapool) are dual-track.
