A small reservoir retained by an earth embankment dam in Kintyre (Argyll and Bute), Crosshill Loch is located a half-mile (1 km) south southwest of Campbeltown, which it supplies with drinking-water, and 1¼ miles (2 km) east southeast of Stewarton. It is operated by Scottish Water and covers an area of 8.4 ha (20 acres).
