Rubislaw Den

A little gorge and private park in the Rubislaw district of Aberdeen, Rubislaw Den is located a quarter-mile (0.4 km) northeast of the Hill of Rubislaw and 2 miles (3 km) west of the city centre. It is a half-mile (0.8 km) in length. The North Burn of Rubislaw flows through the gorge, which is wedged between roads named Rubislaw Den North and Rubislaw Den South, which include fine villas from the early 20th C. that have some of the most expensive price tags in the city. It is the residents of these houses that have exclusive access to the 5.7-ha (14-acre) park.
