A drying islet situated in Loch Gairloch in Wester Ross, Dry Island (Gael: Eilean Tioram) occupies a sheltered position to the northeast of Badachro and behind Eilean Horrisdale. It extends to 1 ha (2.7 acres) and, having previously been uninhabited, supported a permanent population of 6 in 2011. Access is across a floating causeway. An old fish-curing station has been converted to residential use and a pair of bothies now offer holiday accommodation.
