A summit on a spur which extends southwest from Wee Queensberry in NE Dumfries and Galloway, Craih Hill rises to 430m (1427 feet) on the edge of the Forest of Ae, 1¼ miles (2 km) northeast of Mitchellslacks and 6 miles (10 km) east of Thornhill.
