Carn Chuinneag

A Corbett peak in Easter Ross, Carn Chuinneag lies to the southeast of the junction of Glen Diebidale and Glen Calvie, 8½ miles (14 km) southwest of Ardgay. It has two summits which rise to 838m (2749 feet) and 830m (2723 feet) respectively. Geologically the mountain forms part of an ancient granite-gneiss complex which has been the subject of much scientific investigation.
