A cove with a fine sandy beach on the east coast of Iona in the Inner Hebrides, Sandeels Bay (Gael: Traigh nan Sìolan) lies a mile (1.5 km) south southwest of Baile Mor. The name appears erroneously on Ordnance Survey maps as Traigh nan Sìolag, which means 'seedling bay'. The beach extends north to the larger Tràigh Mhor. Just offshore is a line of rocky islets, including Eilean Mor and Eilean Carrach.
