An industrial estate on the southeastern edge of Glenrothes in Fife, Bankhead West is located between Stenton and the A92 Trunk Road, 1¼ miles (2 km) south southeast of the town centre. Its sister industrial estate of Bankhead lies on the opposite side of the A92.
