Graden Burn

A stream which begins as a field drain a quarter-mile (0.5 km) northwest of Hirsel Law and 2 miles (3 km) northwest of Coldstream in the Scottish Borders, the Graden Burn flows east northeast following a rather managed straight-line course to Skaithmuir Toll. Hereon it becomes rather more natural and descends through a little gorge to fall into the River Tweed, at which point it is overlooked by the mansion of Milne Graden. It is 3¾ miles (6 km) in length.
