Knocknahay

An elongated hogback in The Machars of Galloway, Knocknahay rises to just beyond 100m (328 feet) on the right bank of the Tarf Water, 3½ miles (5.5 km) west of Kirkcowan. This is one of a number of drumlins in this area, all aligned NNE-SSW indicating the direction of glacial flow.
