Barlae Hill

An elongated hogback in The Machars of Galloway, Barlae Hill rises to 71m (232 feet) 1½ miles (2.5 km) west southwest of Bladnoch. This is one of a number of drumlins in this area and is aligned NNE-SSW indicating the direction of ice flow. There is another Barlae Hill 8 miles (13 km) to the northwest.
