A hogback in The Machars of Dumfries and Galloway, Drumfeatherin rises to 77m (252 feet) within plantation forest, a mile (1.5 km) north of Torhousemuir. This is one of a number of drumlins in this area, aligned NNW-SSE indicating the direction of flow of an ancient ice sheet.
