Stocking Hill

An elongated hogback in The Machars of Dumfries and Galloway, Stocking Hill rises to just beyond 83m (272 feet) a half-mile southwest of Whitefield Loch and 2½ miles (4 km) southeast of Glenluce. This is one of a number of drumlins in this area and is aligned N-S indicating the direction of glacial flow.
