A summit in Dumfries and Galloway, Milton Hill rises to 64m (209 feet) a quarter-mile (0.4 km) east northeast of Monreith, overlooking Monreith Bay. A second summit, located to the west, rises to just beyond 60m (196 feet). This is a drumlin, part of an extensive drumlin field scattered across The Machars. Blairbuy Loch is situated to the north.
