Drumagibbin Hill

An elongated whaleback in The Machars of Galloway, Drumagibbin Hill rises to 109m (357 feet) a half-mile (1 km) southeast of the Carscreugh Wind Farm and 2 miles (3 km) east northeast of Whitecairn. This is part of an extensive drumlin field, deposited beneath an ancient ice sheet, with its principal axis aligned NNE-SSW indicating the direction of flow.
