Tintock Hill

A low summit in The Machars of Dumfries and Galloway, Tintock Hill rises to 98m (321 feet) to the west of Airlies and 1¼ miles (2 km) north northeast of Barrachan. Its summit is marked by an Ordnance Survey triangulation pillar and the hill is composed of alluvium deposited beneath an ancient ice sheet.
