A single-platform railway halt in South Cardonald (Glasgow City), Mosspark Station (referred to in Gaelic as Pàirc na Mòna) lies on the Paisley Canal Line, a half-mile (1 km) south of Cardonald and a mile (1.5 km) west of Mosspark. A footbridge across the White Cart Water connects the station with Pollok.
This station opened was by the London Midland & Scottish Railway as West Mosspark in 1934 and was renamed Mosspark in 1974. Mosspark Station closed in 1983 when the Paisley Canal Line was redesignated as freight-only, but was rebuilt and reopened just seven years later when passenger services were restored to what had become a single-track line.
Now operated by ScotRail, Mosspark Railway Station is unstaffed and was used by 111,018 passengers per annum in 2009-10 but this number had grown to 186,728
