It is preceded (on the Circle) by Cathcart Railway Station, a half-mile (1 km) to the south, and by King's Park Railway Station, a half-mile (1 km) to the southeast, on the Newton Branch. Mount Florida is followed by Crosshill, a similar distance to the north northeast.
