Aird Hill

A modest summit in the extreme NE of the island of Great Cumbrae, Aird Hill rises to 49m (160 feet) a quarter-mile (0.5 km) north northwest of Cumbrae Slip. The B896 road curves around its slopes. Confusingly, there is another Aird Hill, of almost exactly the same height, in the southwest of the island.
